The rooms are clean and stylish. Comfortable beds and quality linens ensure great sleep. the bathroom features a large rain shower and premium toiletries. Double-glazed windows make for a quiet stay despite the busy road. Enjoy the refreshing pool and well-stocked mini bar. 🍹.

What a charming little spot! The decor is fresh and bright, and the bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in. I loved unwinding by the magnesium pool and lounging in the outdoor area with a cocktail; it was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, it would’ve been nice to have some more kitchenware in the room, but it didn’t take away from the overall fantastic vibe! 🏖️.

The hotel was so close to the park by bicycle and shops and restaurants and the sunny coast thanks to its lovely and amazing location. Also, it was 5 minutes drive to Sunshine Coast. This was exactly the a double room I wanted in Maroochydore.

We had a fantastic stay at Loea Boutique. The newly renovated motel provided a luxurious and cozy ambiance, making us feel like we were staying in beautiful cabins. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. We especially loved the outdoor area with fairy lights and the option to have drinks and nibbles. The attention to detail in the room design was impressive, and the linen and organic toiletries added a touch of luxury. we had a wonderful experience at Loea Boutique and would highly recommend it.
Just a minor suggestion, it would have been nice to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom to prevent steaming up. Additionally, a defined car park upon entering would have made check-in a bit smoother.
